Los Poblanos Historic Inn & Organic Farm is a premier destination in the Rio Grande Valley for intimate, elegant events set amid lavender fields, historic architecture, and lush gardens. Grapevine: Christmas Capital of Texas

Grapevine is proudly known as the Christmas Capital of Texas. The city transforms into a full-fledged winter wonderland each holiday season with more than 1,400 festive events over 40+ days.

Visitors can glide across the Peace Plaza Ice Rink beneath a 60-foot live Christmas tree. Historic Main Street glows with lights, charming shops, and a bustling Christmas Market. Families love hopping aboard Santa’s North Pole Express — a vintage train ride with carols, cookies, and a meet-and-greet with Santa and Mrs. Claus.

There are also spectacular seasonal traditions, such as the Parade of Lights (one of the largest nighttime Christmas parades in North Texas), twinkling drone shows, and nostalgic holiday performances at the Historic Palace Theatre.

Dallas: Tree Lighting Celebration

The tree lighting at Klyde Warren Park is a magical, family-friendly holiday celebration featuring festive activities.

Enjoy photos with Santa, story time with Mrs. Claus, face painting, crafts, and games. The event also includes a performance at the Nancy Best Fountain, visits from Frosty and Rudolph, and a Nutcracker-themed show.

The highlight of the evening is the lighting of the “Mayor’s Tree,” a towering, multi-colored LED tree that serves as a heartwarming symbol of the season.

Fort Worth: Historic Home Tour

The Candlelight Christmas in Ryan Place home tour in Fort Worth is an annual December fundraiser that lets visitors explore five beautifully preserved historic homes — from grand mansions to charming bungalows — all decked out for the holidays.

The neighborhood, first laid out in 1911 by John C. Ryan, features a mix of architectural styles and rich history, including its iconic Carthage stone and marble entrance gates.

Proceeds from the tour support neighborhood preservation efforts, such as restoring streetlights and parks.

Dallas: Christmas Pops

Christmas Pops at the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center in Dallas is a festive concert by the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, joined by the Dallas Symphony Chorus and the Children’s Chorus for select performances.

Expect beloved seasonal carols, soaring anthems, and sing-along favorites, all wrapped in holiday magic. There’s even a special appearance by Santa and a bit of theatrical “snow,” making it a warm, family-friendly celebration.

Las Vegas, Nevada: Enchant Christmas

November 21-December 28

Enchant Christmas at the Las Vegas Ballpark is a sprawling 10-acre winter festival with the 2025 theme “Night of the Nutcrackers.” Guests can explore the world’s largest holiday light maze, glide along a sparkling ice-skating trail, zoom down a 20-foot-tall real-ice snow slide, shop the festive Enchant Village marketplace, and meet Santa at Santa’s Landing. The event features live entertainment, themed nights, and special programming, including the Night of Honor for military and first responders. With ticket prices starting around $35 and options for private suites and group events, Enchant offers an immersive, highly photogenic holiday experience perfect for families, couples, and corporate gatherings.

Miami, Florida: Miami Beach Festival of Lights

December 13-14 and December 20-21

The Miami Beach Holiday Festival of Lights returns to South Beach at The Betsy Hotel on Ocean Drive. It features live orchestral performances by the Miami Beach Classical Music Festival, combined with dazzling projection-mapping visuals that transform the façades of iconic buildings into animated holiday canvases. Festive characters like Santa, the Grinch, and Elsa appear, and artificial snow adds a seasonal touch. On select nights, the spectacle is capped off with a drone show over the beach, making it a magical celebration.
